Refund policy

At Ecseer, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is any issue with your order, we are happy to offer an exchange or return within 3 days from the date you receive your product.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, seals, and accessories exactly as received. Products that show any signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Once we receive the item and inspect its condition, our team will confirm whether the request has been approved. If approved, we will proceed with either replacing the product or issuing a refund according to the agreed solution.

Please note that requests submitted after the 3-day period may not be eligible for exchange or return.
